Senior Talent Acquisition Specailist- Construction Background Only
 
Azizi is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a PURE construction background ONLY. The role requires hands-on experience recruiting for construction projects, contractors, and site-based roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment exclusively for construction roles

Recruit for technical and site-based positions including:

Project Managers

Construction Managers

Civil / MEP Engineers

Planning Engineers

QA/QC Engineers

Quantity Surveyors

Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen

Work closely with project teams and site management to understand manpower requirements

Source candidates through construction-focused job portals, databases, referrals, and headhunting

Conduct initial technical screening aligned with construction project needs

Coordinate interviews with engineering and project leadership teams

Manage offer negotiations and candidate closures within tight project timelines

Support onboarding, mobilization, and documentation for construction hires

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics

Stay updated with construction market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability

Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

3–6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience ONLY in the construction industry

Proven experience hiring for construction companies, contractors, or developers

Strong understanding of construction site operations, roles, and project structures

Ability to manage multiple site-based requirements simultaneously

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience:

Experience working with large construction firms, EPC contractors, or real estate developers

Exposure to high-rise, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects

Knowledge of local labor laws related to construction hiring.
