About the Role

The Talent Acquisition & Administration Specialist supports the end-to-end regional recruitment process through candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and recruitment administration.

This role has a strong operational and administrative focus and is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured, detail-oriented work involving recruitment coordination, candidate communication, data management, and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment trackers, conducting candidate screening calls, coordinating interviews, updating databases, and ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Support recruitment activities across multiple vacancies and departments across the GCC region.
  • Source candidates through different recruitment channels.
  • Review applications and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephone screenings to assess suitability, availability, and interest.
  • Manage a high volume of candidate outreach and screening calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support career fairs, university partnerships, and talent attraction initiatives when required.

Recruitment Administration

  • Create and publish job postings.
  • Update and maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records on a daily basis.
  • Prepare interview schedules, candidate correspondence, and recruitment documentation.
  • Monitor recruitment progress and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Maintain organized electronic recruitment files and records.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and manual records with a high level of accuracy.

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a positive and responsive candidate experience.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications & Experience

  • UAEN with Family Book.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
  • Experience managing high-volume administrative work and maintaining accurate records.
  • Experience conducting candidate screening calls or customer-facing telephone interactions.
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
