Job Description

Persian Horizon is seeking a Head of Human Resources to design, implement, and lead a structured HR function across the organization.

This role is for a senior HR professional who can build clear frameworks, enforce compliance, and support leadership with strong people systems—while maintaining a practical, business-aligned approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with labor law
  • Lead recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and onboarding processes
  • Develop and manage performance management systems and organizational development initiatives
  • Oversee employee contracts, compliance, and employee relations matters
  • Ensure accurate handling of disciplinary processes, grievances, and terminations
  • Lead and manage HR Operations and HR Assistant teams
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to management and department heads

Requirements

  • Strong, hands-on knowledge of labor law and HR compliance
  • Proven experience building structured HR systems and policies from the ground up
  • Background in managing recruitment, performance, and employee relations
  • Confident leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance people needs with business requirements
  • Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
