Summary: The Assistant Manager, HR Systems & Analytics is a hands‑on role responsible for managing HR systems, executing payroll, delivering analytics, and supporting workforce planning with a strong emphasis on data integrity, accuracy, and UAE compliance. This role oversees day‑to‑day operations and ongoing enhancement of key HR platforms, including Pigment, BambooHR, Entomo, Microsoft Dynamics, and future systems.

This individual brings strong analytical capability, advanced systems knowledge, and a proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset, ensuring high‑quality data, operational excellence, and scalable HR processes across the People & Culture function.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

People Systems & Microsoft Dynamics Management

  • Manage and execute daily administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of HR systems, including Pigment, BambooHR, Entomo, and other platforms
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of HR systems implementation projects (requirements, process mapping, configuration, testing, data migration, go‑live, stabilization)
  • Partner with People, Finance, and IT to optimize system design, workflows, and integrations that improve scalability
  • Maintain and update system data, workflows, dashboards, and access permissions to ensure accuracy and alignment across platforms
  • Manage HR‑related Microsoft Dynamics modules to support accurate payroll execution
  • Develop and uphold data governance standards to ensure data quality and platform interoperability
  • Execute automation initiatives and system enhancements to streamline HR operations
  • Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and process maps to support long‑term sustainability
  • Provide training and ongoing support to HR team members and business stakeholders to ensure strong adoption and system proficiency

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain HR dashboards and reporting frameworks across payroll, headcount, turnover, workforce planning, and budgeting
  • Execute workforce planning activities in Pigment, including forecasting, scenario modelling, and maintaining planning structures
  • Analyze HR data to surface trends, risks, and insights that support decision‑making
  • Ensure consistency, integrity, and accuracy across all reporting outputs and HR data sources

Payroll Management

  • Execute accurate, compliant end-to-end payroll processing in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Manage WPS submissions in alignment with UAE labor regulations
  • Perform monthly payroll reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure complete payroll documentation
  • Recommend improvements to payroll inputs, workflow efficiency, and validation controls

Budgeting & Financial Planning

  • Support P&C budgeting and forecasting cycles with accurate inputs across Pigment and relevant HR systems
  • Track HR-related costs and prepare variance and forecast summaries for P&C Leadership and Finance
  • Execute approved updates to headcount plans, org changes, and budget adjustments in alignment with governance guidelines

Audit Collaboration

  • Maintain audit‑ready documentation, change logs, and system records to support financial accuracy
  • Work closely with external auditors to ensure compliance across all payroll, HR systems, and budgeting
  • Provide accurate documentation and data as needed to support audit reviews and maintain alignment with regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM) a plus
  • 4-7 years of HR experience with hands-on responsibility for payroll, HRIS management, analytics, and UAE labor compliance
  • Strong experience with HRIS platforms such as Pigment, BambooHR, Entomo, or similar tools
  • Hands-on payroll execution experience using Microsoft Dynamics
  • Advanced Excel and experience with analytics/reporting tools (Power BI is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and WPS requirements
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to improve systems, workflows, and data quality
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
