We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Assistant to support our growing team and ensure smooth departmental workflows.
Job Summary
The HR Operations Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the daily operational functions of the HR department. You will act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, manage HR data, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Crucially, this role requires fluency in both English and Tagalog to effectively support our diverse workforce and facilitate clear internal communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration & Operations
- Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records (contracts, visa copies, personal details) in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Prepare HR documents, including salary certificates, NOCs, and employment contract addendums.
- Assist in the processing of payroll by ensuring accurate tracking of attendance, annual leave, and sick leave.
- Coordinate with the PRO team to facilitate visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID processing.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate the full onboarding lifecycle for new hires, including workspace setup, welcome packs, and induction schedules.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new joiners to company policies and culture.
- Manage offboarding logistics, including exit interviews, asset clearance, and final settlement calculations.
3. Employee Relations & Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries regarding benefits, policies, and grievances.
- Language Support: Utilize Tagalog and English fluency to translate documents and mediate conversations to ensure clear understanding across the team.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and staff events.
4. Compliance & Reporting
- Assist in ensuring company policies align with current MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation) regulations.
- Generate weekly/monthly HR reports regarding headcount, turnover, and leave balances.

Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Required Certification: aPHR (Associate Professional in Human Resources), CIPD Level 3, or a similar recognized HR qualification.
Experience
- 2 – 4 years of proven experience in an HR Operations or HR Admin role.
- Experience within the Real Estate or Property Management sector in the UAE is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law and standard MOHRE processes.
Skills & Languages
- Language: Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) and Tagalog (essential for this role).
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho, SAP) is preferred.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment.
