Job Summary:

Binghatti is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support group-level hiring across multiple business verticals. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and demonstrate the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes while handling multiple roles simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across group entities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Handle bulk hiring and niche hiring requirements within tight deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate assessment processes.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Manage recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics for group-level reporting.
  • Utilize job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking to attract top talent.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within real estate, construction, or large group organizations.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Experience handling recruitment at a group or multi-entity level.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive hiring deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
  • Strong networking and headhunting capabilities.
