HR Operations Specialist (UAE National)

The HR Coordinator is responsible for managing HR transactions in Workday, ensuring high-quality data maintenance, generating employee documentation, and resolving employee queries through the HR ticketing system. This role plays a key part in delivering efficient HR services by maintaining data accuracy, ensuring compliance, and meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs).

What You’ll Do

• Process daily HR transactions in Workday (all employee life-cycle events including new hires, organizational changes, terminations, transfers)
• Ensure HR data accuracy and perform regular data quality checks
• Prepare and issue employee letters (salary certificates, employment letters, NOCs, employment contracts)
• Manage and resolve employee queries via the HR ticketing system within SLA.
  

What You’ll Bring

• UAE National with UAE Family Book (to comply with the UAE Emiratization law)
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
• HR Operations / Shared Services experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Workday / SuccessFactors is a plus
• Experience using HR ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus
• Fluent in Arabic and English is a must
• Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
