Digital Performance Specialist & Data Analyst
We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Digital Performance Specialist with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will not only manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns but also provide data-driven insights through reports and dashboards to enhance ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute high-converting funnel strategies to maximize ROI.
- Launch and optimize landing pages with 75%+ higher conversion rates.
- Install, manage, and optimize Facebook pixels for tracking and retargeting.
- Create custom and lookalike audiences for precise targeting.
- Build, manage, and scale Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Write compelling ad copy that drives conversions.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, headlines, and targeting strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to implement best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest tools and trends to enhance campaign performance.
Analytics, Reporting & Data Insights
- Generate and analyze performance reports (including ad spend, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs).
- Develop dashboards to track real-time campaign performance.
- Work with the web developer to optimize the consumer journey and resolve errors.
- Implement Google Analytics and other tracking tools for deep performance insights.
- Identify fraudulent clicks and suggest ways to minimize wasted ad spend.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with designers to ensure smooth execution of ad creatives.
- Coordinate with developers to optimize landing pages for conversions.
- Prepare digital media plans and audience segmentation strategies.
- Oversee programmatic media campaigns and advanced bidding strategies.
- Ensure all campaigns align with business objectives and drive maximum ROI.
Desired Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing & performance media.
- Strong data analytics skills – experience in creating performance reports & dashboards.
- Expertise in Google Ads (Conversion Ads) & Meta Ads Manager (MUST HAVE).
- Advanced Google Analytics knowledge.
- Experience with PPC strategies, keyword research, and budget optimization.
- Proficiency in A/B testing & conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Prior healthcare experience (a plus)
- Knowledge of WordPress, ClickFunnels, Webflow, Squarespace (a plus).
- Experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign (a plus).
