Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing ROI, and scaling campaigns through data insights, creative testing, and strategic execution.
Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, CTR, and conversions while reducing acquisition costs.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with latest industry trends, tools, and platform updates to maintain competitive advantage.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure efficient spending and scaling opportunities.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within B2B or SaaS/consulting industries.
• Proven track record of running successful campaigns across multiple digital channels.
