Job Description
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and organized Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator to manage the reception area while overseeing customer communications through the WhatsApp Business API (WABA). The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming first impression, handling inbound inquiries, coordinating visitor management, and executing WhatsApp campaigns to support the company’s sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Reception
• Welcome clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
• Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and visitor records.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.
• Manage office supplies and maintain inventory for front office requirements.
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
WhatsApp Business API (WABA) Management
• Manage the company’s WhatsApp Business API (WABA) platform and customer communications.
• Create, schedule, and execute approved WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Monitor message delivery, response rates, and campaign performance.
• Respond to customer inquiries received through WhatsApp or assign conversations to the appropriate sales consultants.
• Ensure message templates comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies.
• Maintain accurate customer communication records within the CRM.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend improvements based on key performance indicators.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support.
• Experience managing WhatsApp or other similar marketing campaigns is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle customer information professionally.
What We Provide
- Salary: AED 4000
- Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm; Saturday 10am to 3pm
