Job description:

The candidate should have 2 main experiences:

  • Able to co-ordinate a customer center team /reception and help them to:
  • Increase the leads conversion rate
  • Improve their media engaging abilities
  • Warm-welcome walk-in patients
  • Promote and cross-sell additional services, including dermatology, dental, and laser treatments, based on patient needs.
  • Persuade patients to proceed with treatment plans recommended by doctors through professional consultation and follow-up.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online chat, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry across CRM and other clinic management platforms.
  • Handle reception duties, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and front desk management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting lead conversion and service quality targets.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Polyclinic: 1- 3 years in Dubai (Required)
