Job description:
The candidate should have 2 main experiences:
- Able to co-ordinate a customer center team /reception and help them to:
- Increase the leads conversion rate
- Improve their media engaging abilities
- Warm-welcome walk-in patients
- Promote and cross-sell additional services, including dermatology, dental, and laser treatments, based on patient needs.
- Persuade patients to proceed with treatment plans recommended by doctors through professional consultation and follow-up.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online chat, responding promptly and professionally.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry across CRM and other clinic management platforms.
- Handle reception duties, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and front desk management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting lead conversion and service quality targets.
Qualifications
- At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

- Polyclinic: 1- 3 years in Dubai (Required)
