Job Description
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the Service Centre, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming the visitors and clients with a professional attitude.
- Responding to telephone calls and inquiries courteously.
- Answering and routing the incoming Phone calls to the respective departments.
- Providing an accurate and full range of information to the enquiry.
- Assisting with various Administrative Tasks.
- Responding courteously to the visitors and guiding them to the enquired destination.
- Sorting and distributing mails.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
- Complying to the professional telephone etiquettes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Customer service attitude
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
- Good Time Management Skills.
