Job Description

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the Service Centre, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming the visitors and clients with a professional attitude.
  • Responding to telephone calls and inquiries courteously.
  • Answering and routing the incoming Phone calls to the respective departments.
  • Providing an accurate and full range of information to the enquiry.
  • Assisting with various Administrative Tasks.
  • Responding courteously to the visitors and guiding them to the enquired destination.
  • Sorting and distributing mails.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service
  • Complying to the professional telephone etiquettes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Customer service attitude
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
  • Good Time Management Skills.
