Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the center’s educational programs to prospective students and parents through phone calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Respond to leads and follow up in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct consultations and provide detailed information on course offerings, schedules, and fees
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and enrollments in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaign initiatives and events (e.g., open houses, school visits)
- Stay updated on program changes, competitor offerings, and market trends
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after enrollment to ensure satisfaction and retention
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
