Job Description

Sales Manager – Sharjah

The International Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and organizing the sales team to ensure the achievement of company revenue goals. This role involves developing and executing strategic business plans, setting sales targets, and driving team performance. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing department to align efforts in lead generation and conversion. Additionally, the role includes overseeing daily sales operations, monitoring team performance, setting individual targets, and facilitating continuous training and development to enhance team capabilities and overall productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a performance-driven culture, and motivating agents to exceed targets.
  • Builds and manages all aspects of a sales department inclusive of leading management, account management, business analytics, and channel development.
  • To develop effective training programs that teach sales agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing, and complete paperwork for the sale.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Besides supervising sales agents, real estate sales managers also perform human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, hiring new staff, and transferring or dismissing.
  • Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting, and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for PSI.
  • Design and implement compensation packages and commission schemes across both Business Development and Account Management.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Follow the given reporting structure on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly bases
  • Non-Financial Target: To Fulfill noncompliance and meeting the company policy within the quality standards of PSI

Reporting

  • Financial Target: To be Achieved on monthly, Quarterly and yearly as per the company norms and policy.
  • Maintain a monthly report that presents the monthly achievements vs. targets.
  • Report on key KPIs related to the lead and the opportunity waterfall to implement a consistent closed loop between marketing and sales of every sales representative.
  • Through reporting and analytics, validate the quality of the lead and pipeline data and provide guidance to improve the overall data quality.

Promotions and Events

  • Maximize all Conference & Events revenue opportunities
  • Review sales and other revenue-generating business plans, identify gaps, ensure proactive measures to fill sales and conference space capacity, and meet set targets
  • Searching for new suppliers & new properties in the market
  • Conducting presentations on properties to clients
  • Ensure the Sales Team is developed effectively and embraces a culture of high-quality standards and proactive selling

Product Knowledge

  • Knowledge and up to date on projects’ information/descriptions
  • Make sure to pass all project knowledge tests provided by PSI
  • Knowledge using the database system, Customer Relation Management (CRM), HRIS

Real Estate Knowledge

  • Strong capabilities in and deep understanding of financial demonstrating and market research
  • Supporting and incentivizing players who are venturing into new asset programs in real estate
  • Up-to-date knowledge of our website and ensure communication with the marketing team for any feedback, advice, suggestions.

Supplier liaison

  • Maintain professional relationships with all buyers and sellers.
  • Ensure consistent communication with sellers.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company and listing information.
  • Updating suppliers Record on daily, weekly and monthly basis and assisting suppliers on updates.

Inventory Management

  • Daily updating the availability of the master key.
  • Keep customer database up to date
  • Daily reviewing the company website & assure the accuracy of availability
  • Following up on existing &potential property availability & having max coverage of Availability

Market Awareness & competitive analysis

  • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
  • Generate and maintain tailored property listings that align with the specific needs and financial capabilities of both buyers and sellers.
  • Continuously follow up on new property launches and developments within the market to stay informed and updated.
  • Regularly evaluate our services in comparison to competitors to ensure we maintain a standard that exceeds market expectations.
  • Share market intelligence and competitive insights with colleagues and management to support team performance and strategic planning.
  • Stay fully informed about updates on the company website and maintain active communication with the marketing team to provide feedback, suggestions, and improvement recommendations.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of all advertisements to verify their availability, accuracy, and relevance to current listings and brand standards.

Administrative

  • Keeping a daily, weekly, and monthly track of all team members’ attendance.
  • Manage and monitor annual and sick leave in line with company policy.
  • Assigning and clearly categorizing daily, monthly, weekly duties
  • Conducting daily team meetings
  • Ensuring Constant communication and coordination with Marketing Team and Listing Team
  • Meeting deadlines for submitting the documents for all the closed deals.
  • Ensuring all the members work on CRM and HRMS and following necessary processes

Building Talent

  • Identifies development needs of team members and provides the necessary support through targeted training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Recognizes high-potential employees, fostering engagement and growth to ensure long-term retention.
  • Addresses low performance proactively by implementing corrective measures and performance improvement plans, with the aim of raising the team’s overall performance standards.

Setting Goals & Responsibilities

  • Clearly defines roles, responsibilities, and expectations for all team members to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Develops annual SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals in line with the company’s overall strategy and sales targets.
  • Actively supports team members in creating and reviewing their individual work plans to drive performance and results.
