We’re Hiring: 1- Sales Manager (Secondary Sales & Rental) – Real Estate Brokerage Experience

2- Sales Manager ( OFF Plan)- Real Estate Developer Experience

Location: Dubai, UAE

Languages: English and Russian Or Fraise

Amer Al Ghurair Real Estate Group is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our OFF plan projects Or Sales Manager to lead our Secondary Sales & Rental division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales & leasing team to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Oversee secondary market sales and rental operations
  • Develop effective sales strategies and ensure strong market presence
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Guide and mentor agents to improve performance and productivity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate
  • Languages: English and Russian Or Fraise
  • Strong background in secondary market sales and rental
  • Proven leadership and team-management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • RERA certification is an advantage
