Job Purpose:
To teach and lead inclusion acrossKey Stage 3 (growing into Key Stage 4 and 5) enabling an outstanding, holistic, and dynamic experience for our students which lead to exceptionally high outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all learners, including those with additional needs, high performing students and English Language learners.
- Demonstrate very strong knowledge of inclusion and practice across Key Stage 3, 4 and 5, including alternative pathways.
Skills
- Must hold a SENDCO or Inclusion Qualification
- Must have a PGCE including QTS
- Proven strong knowledge of inclusion across key stage 3, 4 and 5, including alternative pathways
