Wanted Immediately | Secretary – KHDA Affairs | Dubai, United Arab Emirates
A leading Indian school in Dubai is now open for the position of Secretary – KHDA Affairs, inviting those with experience, competence and attention to detail to apply.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive experience in KHDA compliance and school management, to join a leading educational institution committed to excellence, innovation and regulatory compliance.
Main Functions
• Serve as the main link between the school and the KHDA
• Manage all correspondence, requests, approvals and compliance processes related to the KHDA
• Process approvals for new employees, appointments, amendments, and other regulatory requirements.
• Register, update and maintain student records through KHDA systems, including the Electronic Student Information System (eSIS) and the Dubai Educational Information and Research System (DSIB).
• Prepare and submit reports related to student registration, curriculum, personnel affairs, inspections and other legal requirements.
• Coordinate the necessary documents for inspections, audits and official visits to the KHDA • Maintain accurate records and ensure that all regulatory documents are submitted on time.
• Collaborate with the school administration and relevant departments to ensure full compliance with KHDA policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in education, business administration or a related discipline).
• A minimum of three years of experience in managing the KHDA in a Dubai school.
• Comprehensive familiarity with KHDA e-regulations, policies, procedures and regulations.
• Work experience using the KHDA Portal, eStudent Information System (eSIS), Dubai Educational Information System (DSIB), and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic. Knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Valid residence in the UAE with visa transferability.
