Job Description

Senior Accountant – Accounts & Finance Department
Requirements
🔹 5–8 years of accounting experience
🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
🔹 Experience in the Contracting or Construction industry is preferred
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely financial postings
🔹 Manage Accounts Payable (AP), subcontractor invoices, and payment tracking
🔹 Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), collections, and ageing reports
🔹 Prepare Bank Reconciliations and support month-end closing activities
🔹 Coordinate UAE VAT records and assist with VAT return filing
🔹 Maintain project cost records and support budget monitoring
🔹 Prepare MIS/Management Reports and coordinate with external auditors
