About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive – Business and Corporate Strategy. The Senior Executive is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategies for business verticals as well as contributing to organizational strategy within DHAM. This role involves conducting research, analyzing data, and collaborating with various teams to assist the team in achieving strategic objectives and driving value-generating opportunities.The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Strategy Development and Support
- Assist the Line Manager and other senior team members in defining and refining strategic objectives for the Retail & Residential sectors.
- Contribute to the execution of approved strategies by conducting in-depth research and analysis.
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification
- Research and evaluate emerging trends, regulations, and market developments in the Retail and Residential sectors.
- Identify potential opportunities for growth, partnerships, and investments.
- Undertake any work delegated by Line Manager or other senior members in the department
- Regulatory Awareness
- Stay informed about current and emerging regulations and evaluate their potential business implications.
- Collaboration and Networking
- Support the establishment of relationships with key stakeholders in the organization
- Work closely with Research, Product Development, and other departments to improve decision-making processes and increase operational synergies.
- Project Support
- Contribute to ad hoc projects assigned by Senior Management or sector heads, ranging from regulatory research to industry analysis.
- Gather and integrate insights from various internal and external sources to support actionable recommendations.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and present clear insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Interest in and understanding of the Retail and Residential sectors.
