Senior Executive – Sales Administration (Real Estate)

We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you’ll do?

• Drive customer retention and loyalty through personalized engagement, proactive service, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee the integrity of sales documentation and processes, ensuring compliance with RERA and internal audit standards.
• Embody the values and image of a luxury real estate brand through personal appearance, demeanour, and customer engagement.
• Ensure that all sales and purchase agreement documents are accurate, and executed accordingly.
• Act as a strategic liaison between Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance, ensuring alignment on customer journey touch points.
• Contribute to cross-departmental initiatives such as digital transformation, customer experience design, and operational excellence.
• Ensure all customer interactions and sales processes comply with legal, regulatory, and brand standards.
• Ensure each client is looked after to a high standard, and that they continue to have regular updates on the business.
• Support sales operations & ensure cross-functional collaboration.

Who you are?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or in any related field.
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CRM.
• High level of understanding for RERA requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a calm, composed, and friendly demeanor.
