Position: Relationship Officer
We are seeking a Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Building and preserving relationships with customers for banking products
- Advising customers on retail products according to their requirements
- Ensuring new business and healthy product mix is maintained with customer suitability at the core

What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate effectively with Relationship Managers by providing timely and insightful feedback to support business goals
- Conduct sales with utmost integrity and professionalism, maintaining transparency in every interaction
- Act promptly on customer requests, ensuring resolution within defined turnaround times (TATs)
- Submit error-free applications with precision and maintain 100% accuracy in documentation
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to facilitate smooth and efficient processing of applications
- Adhere strictly to HR policies, organizational guidelines, and the professional Code of Conduct
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and TATs as outlined in operational procedures
- Strategically minimize individual claw backs, ensuring they remain within the organization’s mandated targets for the financial year
What You Should Have
- Knowledge of banking and insurance products – RAK Bank and competitive products of other banks
- Sales/service-oriented person
- Excellent communication, convincing, and inter-personal skills
- Ability to identify cross-sell opportunities in other business divisions of the bank for Bancassurance products
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales in the UAE market will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of banking/RAKBANK retail products
