🎓 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• B.Ed is mandatory for all positions, including Head & HOD positions
• Relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• CBSE school experience is required
• Strong subject knowledge and professional expertise
• Leadership/supervisory experience for Head & HOD positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good understanding of the CBSE curriculum
• Candidates must meet applicable UAE education authority requirements
