Occurrences and exposure to high levels of microbial aerosols such as pathogenic bacteria, fungal spores, fungi and viruses which are linked to the process of becoming progressively worse to the environment and public health in India. This study aimed to review the results available for the unusual bioaerosol distribution in the various regions of India. The amount of bioaerosol dispersed in the atmosphere and their environmental behaviour in the atmosphere is greatly influenced by the air pollution such as haze, fog, dust, and particulate matter and therefore, strongly affecting the air quality index (AQI). Human factors with sources of pollutants are combustion of fossil fuels, heavy traffic, domestic and industrial waste, manufacturing and agricultural systems, overcrowding which affects the occurrences of bioaerosols in the atmosphere. Diurnal variation and Seasonal variations were significantly observed from these studies with respect to summer, pre-monsoon, post-monsoon and winter months which showed incredibly different concentrations of pathogenic bioaerosols. Many human infections, for example, pneumonia, tuberculosis, chickenpox, the common cold, and COVID-19 ,coughs or sneezes, spraying liquid, or dust.are linked to bioaerosols. Respiratory diseases such as asthma and chronic pulmonary obstructiveness are related to fungal bioaerosols, spores, and viral infections.
