Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accurate financial records using accounting software.
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly financial statements.
- Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory effectively.
- Provide support with payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial reports as required.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars efficiently.
- Answer and direct phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly.
- Assist in the management of company databases and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate and plan internal and external events and meetings.
- Provide clerical support to ensure smooth operation of the officers and managers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative or accounts assistant required.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite essential.
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive company information.
