ACCOUNT OFFICER – SECURITY OPERATIONS
Onsite staff deployment to ensure all personnel are well-groomed, adequately trained, and possess valid SIRA licenses.- Maintain consistent delivery of client Service Level Agreements and resolve operational anomalies discovered during site inspections.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to strengthen relationships, address requests promptly, and ensure high retention rates.
- Coordinate with Business Development, Finance, and HR departments to facilitate operational requirements for new and existing contracts.
- Supervise the accuracy and timely submission of attendance records, job charts, and billing backup data to the Finance department.
- Monitor contract tenure and collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage the timely sign-off of contract renewals.
- Forecast manpower requirements, including mobilization, demobilization, and replacements due to resignations or terminations.
- Conduct regular security surveys and annual site consultations to identify potential improvements or client needs.
- Oversee the mobilization process for physical guarding milestones, providing feedback to management until successful handover.
- Identify potential leads and create inquiries to support cross-selling and organizational revenue generation.
- Implement continuous training programs for staff to ensure efficient post-to-post inspections and operational readiness.
- Manage staff performance reviews and initiate disciplinary actions when necessary to maintain professional standards.
- Foster a diverse work environment by guiding and motivating staff while discouraging discrimination at all levels.
- Supervise the team to implement all HSE regulations as per the post requirement including HSE Site visit, HSE Meetings, emergency response plan implementations and accident reporting and investigations.
- Essential to demonstrate the ability in identifying potential clients and creating enquires. Any other task assigned by the LINE Manager.
