Job Description
The Role:
Accountant
· Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations including issuance of tax invoices and receipts, processing payments, preparation of statement of accounts
· Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
· Assist the team in financial audits, VAT and Corporate Tax Filing
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Accountancy or Finance
- Candidate should have at least (3) three years Real Estate and Construction of experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience in using accounting software
- Knowledge in TAS and DLD portal is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Ability to work as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
