About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of accounting principles, UAE/Oman/KSA regulations, and preferably prior exposure to the healthcare or medical equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and review invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
  • Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts
  • Assist in VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE/Oman tax regulations
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost allocations
  • Support audit processes and provide required documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, service) for financial alignment
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
  • Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sectors is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and VAT regulations in the UAE, Oman & KSA
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
