We’re Hiring: Accounts Executive
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Medon Pharmacy Group is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our expanding finance and accounting operations!

💼What You’ll Be Doing:
> Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records
> Handle payables, receivables, and reconciliations
> Ensure accurate VAT filings in line with UAE tax laws
> Assist with month-end closing and audit support
> Collaborate with teams and vendors on all things finance

What We’re Looking For:
> Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
> 2+ years of UAE accounting experience
> Strong VAT knowledge & accounting software skills (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, ERP)
> Excel whiz and master of financial documentation
> Detail-oriented with great time management and communication

Requirements:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and UAE VAT.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems).
Good command of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Bonus if you have:
• WPS & payroll experience
• UAE Labor Law knowledge
• Experience preparing financial reports and audits
