Position Overview
Pacha New York is seeking an experienced Finance & Purchasing Manager to oversee financial controls, accounts payable operations, procurement activities, and vendor management, ensuring strong cost discipline, operational efficiency, and compliance with company financial policies.
This role acts as a key business partner to operational departments, supporting budgeting, cost control, and purchasing strategy while ensuring timely vendor payments, effective contract management, and accurate financial reporting. The position requires a hands-on professional who can balance finance and procurement responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality and entertainment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable, vendor payments, and purchasing controls
- Review vendor ageing and manage payment submissions through banking portals
- Manage procurement lifecycle including sourcing, vendor negotiations, contracts, rebates, and sponsorship programmes
- Maintain preferred supplier lists and monitor vendor performance
- Support budgeting, cost tracking, inventory reviews, and month-end financial processes
- Prepare cost and purchasing reports to support operational and leadership decision-making
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement of purchasing and finance processes
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Support procurement and finance operations using ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in finance, purchasing, procurement, or accounts payable roles, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, or high-volume operational environments
- Experience managing vendor contracts, purchasing processes, and payment workflows
- Strong financial, analytical, and organisational skills
- Proven experience supporting budgeting, cost control, or financial reporting processes
- Proficiency in Excel and financial or ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and vendor relationship management capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven operational environment

Salary Range: USD 95,000 – 105,000 per year (Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity)
