Summary-
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to assist with financial tasks and administrative duties in our organization.
Job Responsibility-
- Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and account statements.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections.
- Assist with budget planning and monitoring expenses.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and managing correspondence.
Candidate Requirements-
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
