Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Officer- Customer Service to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Actively sell and cross-sell banking products and services to new and existing customers
- Process and assess customer requests, including account openings, online banking applications, and loan product applications
- Educate customers about automated channels such as ATM, call center, and online banking services
- Attract new customers through personal relations and existing customer referrals
- Meet individual sales targets and participate in daily retail sales team meetings
- Achieve monthly targets for onboarding customers to online and mobile banking applications
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries forwarded from the call center
- Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues
- Complete mandatory training programs to stay updated on bank products and services
- Adhere to bank policies, processes, and procedures, both internal and external
Qualifications
Knowledge of local banking regulations and practices in the UAE
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong sales skills and proven ability to meet targets
Knowledge of online and mobile banking platforms
Empathetic approach to customer service
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and bank procedures
Fluency in English and Arabic
