Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
  • Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders.
  • Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them
  • Reconciliations of bank and various online portal accounts.
  • Create daily reports for management and team members.
  • Generate TAX reports and filing the TAX quarterly.
  • Prepare monthly salaries and transfer through online channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Well-versed in QuickBooks and Tally, journal entries, receivables handling, petty cash handling
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with vendors/client is mandatory skill required to support the role
  • Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
