Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
- Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders.
- Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them
- Reconciliations of bank and various online portal accounts.
- Create daily reports for management and team members.
- Generate TAX reports and filing the TAX quarterly.
- Prepare monthly salaries and transfer through online channels.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Well-versed in QuickBooks and Tally, journal entries, receivables handling, petty cash handling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with vendors/client is mandatory skill required to support the role
- Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
