We’re Hiring: Accountant (with excellent Reporting skills) 💼

Kazema group is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This role will report directly to the Finance Manager and play a key part in ensuring accurate accounting operations, financial reporting, and preparation of MIS reports for management.

Role Overview

You will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, prepare accurate financial statements, and consolidate data into clear MIS and management reports that support decision-making. You will also analyze financial data to identify insights, highlight important issues, and recommend solutions to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations)

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Support the Finance Manager with MIS reporting and management analysis

Consolidate financial data from different departments into simplified reports

Identify loopholes, risks, or inefficiencies and suggest corrective actions

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements

Proven experience as an Accountant (UAE experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Hands-on experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tool

Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and organizational abilities
