Accountant
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
About Us
KLOUDAC is a leading Accounting, Taxation, and Business Setup firm in the UAE, supporting entrepreneurs and businesses with reliable financial, compliance, and advisory services. We are now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations.
- Record and track expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Project profitability
- Assist in cash flow planning and provide financial insights for management.
- Monitor and track client work progress to ensure deliverables are completed as agreed.
- Handle client-related administrative tasks, including:
- FTA (Federal Tax Authority) registrations and VAT/TAX submissions.
- License renewals, visas, and other regulatory requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for client accounts and administrative coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, and VAT/FTA regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Ability to multitask and take responsibility for deliverables.
