Accounting and Audit Executive
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Accounting Advisor to join our team at xactauditing.ae. You will play a key role in our firm by leading and managing a sizable team of 50-100 accountants.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department
- Coordinate and supervise the work of the accounting team
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accountants
- Deliver advisory services to startups and similar businesses
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Communicate and present financial information effectively to clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, a CPA certification is preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role in an accounting firm or startup environment
- Experience managing a large team of accountants
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
