The Key Objectives For This Role Are

To manage and coordinate company-provided accommodation facilities, ensuring proper allocation, maintenance, compliance, and welfare standards for employees and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Accommodation Management

  • Allocate rooms to employees as per company policy
  • Maintain updated accommodation occupancy records
  • Coordinate check-in and check-out processes
  • Ensure proper segregation and room standards (as per project/client requirements).

Camp & Facility Coordination

  • Liaise with camp operators and facility management teams
  • Monitor housekeeping, cleaning, and hygiene standards
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and municipality regulations
  • Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accommodation database and room allocation logs
  • Prepare monthly occupancy reports and cost reports
  • Track camp capacity versus manpower mobilization plans
  • Maintain employee accommodation agreements and records.

Employee Welfare Support

  • Address employee accommodation complaints and resolve issues
  • Coordinate maintenance requests (AC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
  • Ensure adequate utilities supply (water, electricity, internet)

Vendor & Contract Coordination

  • Coordinate with accommodation providers and landlords
  • Monitor camp service contracts and invoices
  • Verify bills against occupancy reports before submission to accounts

Compliance & HSE

  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor law accommodation standards
  • Support HSE inspections and audits
  • Implement emergency response procedures within accommodation facilities

Expected

  • 4–7 years of experience in site-based accommodation administration, preferably within oil & gas, construction, or remote infrastructure projects.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage large-scale housing logistics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with camp management software, visitor management systems, and basic HSE protocols.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with contractors, service providers, and multi-cultural workforce
