GCC Central Admissions Team – Dubai
This role forms part of our GCC Central Admissions Team, based in Dubai, and supports multiple Cognita schools across the GCC region.

Job Overview
The Admissions Assistant will play a key role within the GCC Central Admissions Hub, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting enrolment growth across our regional schools.
This role requires a fluent Arabic speaker who understands GCC family expectations and can confidently build relationships with prospective and existing families.
You will act as a key ambassador for our schools, ensuring enquiries are converted effectively, parent journeys are seamless, and service standards align with Cognita’s RES Global Standards.
What You’ll Do
Enquiry & Conversion Management
- Respond promptly to phone and email enquiries in line with SLAs.
- Conduct high-quality admissions conversations aligned to Cognita’s RES standards.
- Guide prospective families professionally through the decision-making process.
- Clearly articulate each school’s value proposition.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management within HubSpot.
Family Experience & Relationship Management
- Build strong, trusted relationships with families.
- Coordinate school visits, assessments, and interactions with on-site Parent Experience teams.
- Provide proactive follow-up and structured next steps.
- Support withdrawal minimisation through consistent engagement.
CRM, Reporting & Data
- Maintain accurate records within HubSpot
- Monitor conversion performance and enquiry trends.
- Support weekly reporting within the GCC Central Sales Hub framework.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to GCC-specific customer engagement best practice.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and parent expectations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- Sales or customer service qualifications advantageous.
Experience
- Background in sales, admissions, business development, or customer service.
- GCC or education-sector experience desirable.
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
Skills
- Fluent Arabic (highly advantageous / required depending on hiring criteria).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building ability.
- Organised, proactive, and confident engaging families.
- Strong analytical and data-interpretation capability.
- Cultural awareness of GCC family expectations.
Working Conditions
- This role is based in Dubai.
- Sunday–Thursday working week.
- Occasional GCC travel.
