Role Description
The Assistant Account Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This role supports account management activities across luxury retail clients, including preparing presentations, reports, and proposals, and assisting with project coordination and timelines. The Assistant Account Executive will help gather and organize client data, track performance metrics, and contribute to strategy implementation across project development and growth initiatives. The role involves daily communication with internal teams and clients, following up on action items, ensuring deliverables are met, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The Assistant Account Executive will also assist in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying opportunities to enhance client productivity and product cycle efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong client service and account support skills, including relationship-building, follow-up, and professional communication.
- Solid organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and project documentation.
- 0-1 Hands-on experience with Odoo is a must.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, and collaborative platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest or experience in luxury retail, consulting, or the Middle East market is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate within a diverse team, and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
