Milele Car Rental is rapidly expanding its Lease-to-Own (LTO) business in the UAE, and we’re looking for ambitious, high-energy sales professionals who know how to convert leads into deals and build long-term customer relationships.
This is not a passive account management role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, responds quickly, follows up relentlessly and takes ownership of results.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Respond to inbound LTO leads within 15 minutes during working hours
- Drive consistent follow-ups and maximize lead conversion opportunities
- Close Lease-to-Own deals independently while achieving monthly sales targets
- Generate new business through outbound sales, referrals, networking and prospecting
- Upsell insurance, warranties and value-added services
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and vehicle delivery
- Maintain accurate lead and customer updates in CRM/ERP systems
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive sales, leasing, car rental, financial services, or inside sales
- Experience handling high lead volumes and customer-facing sales environments is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing ability
- Comfortable working under targets and performance KPIs
- Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems, WhatsApp and digital sales tools
- Self-driven, proactive and highly responsive
