We’re Hiring | Care Coordinator (Female Arabic Speaker)
Alkalma Wellbeing Centers is seeking a compassionate, highly organized, and proactive Female Arabic-speaking Care Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary mental health team.
This role is at the heart of our patient care journey, ensuring every individual receives coordinated, timely, and person-centered mental health services. You will work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, nurses, patients, families, insurers, and government entities to deliver an exceptional care experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate patient intake, appointments, referrals, follow-up, and transitions of care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.
• Support treatment adherence and identify barriers to care.
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families throughout the treatment journey.
• Coordinate with insurance providers and government entities, including the FCA.
• Connect patients with appropriate community resources.
• Monitor care outcomes and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
FCA Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison between Alkalma Wellbeing Centers and the FCA.
• Prepare and submit all required documentation accurately and within deadlines.
• Coordinate approvals and authorizations.
• Respond promptly to FCA requests and ensure compliance with all program requirements.
• Maintain effective communication between the FCA, clinicians, patients, and their families.
Requirements
✅ Female Arabic Speaker (Arabic & English fluency is essential)
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong organizational and coordination abilities
✅ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
✅ Experience in healthcare, mental health, case management, care coordination, nursing, psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred
✅ Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
