We’re Hiring | Center Manager – Al Kalma, Abu Dhabi 🇦🇪
We are looking for an experienced Center Manager to lead the operations of our patient center in Al Kalma, Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• P&L ownership and overall financial performance
• Managing daily patient center operations and service quality
• Ensuring full compliance with UAE health authorities and regulatory requirements
• Leading, developing, and aligning the center team with business and patient-care objectives
• Driving operational efficiency, patient experience, and growth
• Building a strong culture of accountability and teamwork
Preferred profile:
✔️ Proven experience managing a healthcare/patient-facing center
✔️ Mental health or behavioral healthcare experience preferred
✔️ Strong P&L and operational management skills
✔️ Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
✔️ Strong people leadership and communication skills
✔️ Arabic speaker preferred
✔️ Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
