Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is an in-office role and the candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring smooth service delivery, and acting as the main point of contact for all client needs. The Account Manager will oversee client onboarding, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver an exceptional client experience across all services, including company formation, visas, banking, accounting, and tax.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring all their needs are managed effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through trust, responsiveness, and transparency.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly review calls to address company requirements, compliance updates, and tax-related questions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value through structuring, tax optimization, and corporate services.

Service Delivery & Coordination

  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery across multiple departments: compliance, HR, banking, company formation, visas, accounting, and tax filing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (lawyers, accountants, PROs, bankers, and tax experts) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client services.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filings, and client records are maintained in line with UAE regulatory requirements.
  • Manage renewals, amendments, and other ongoing corporate services efficiently.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all client structures remain compliant with UAE laws and freezone requirements.
  • Monitor deadlines for license renewals, visas, tax filings, and other regulatory obligations.
  • Prepare and share compliance status reports with clients and management.

Client Onboarding & Advisory

  • Guide clients through onboarding using the BATCA framework (Banking, Accounting, Tax, Company Analysis).
  • Conduct needs assessments and escalate structuring recommendations to senior advisors when required.
  • Support new clients in setting up banking, VAT registration, and other initial requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in corporate services in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE company formation, visas and immigration, tax regulations, banking, and compliance frameworks.
  • Fluency in English. Arabic, Russian, or French is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle client escalations diplomatically.
