Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Relations Coordinator – Listing to join our Abu Dhabi team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our property owners, real estate agents, and marketing channels. Your primary focus will be acquiring, verifying, and managing property listings while ensuring top-tier client relations with landlords and sellers.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in property listing or a CRC role specifically within the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Listing & CRM Management

  • Accurately input, update, and manage property listings on the company’s internal CRM system.
  • Publish and maintain up-to-date listings on major UAE property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
  • Ensure all property listings meet portal quality standards, including compelling descriptions, accurate pricing, and high-quality images.
  • Monitor listing performance and optimize portal visibility to generate maximum leads.
  • Regularly audit existing listings to remove sold/leased properties and update availability status.

Client & Landlord Relations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, sellers, and property developers regarding their listings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and performance updates.
  • Assist landlords with pricing strategies by providing basic market insights and comparative market analysis (CMA).
  • Coordinate property viewings between agents, landlords, and tenants/buyers when necessary.

Compliance & Administration

  • Collect and verify all mandatory property documentation (Title Deeds, Passport copies, Emirates ID, Tawtheeq, Form A, etc.) prior to publishing listings.
  • Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) and Department of Economic Development (DED) real estate advertising regulations.
  • Liaise with the marketing and media team to schedule property photoshoots and video tours.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Listing Coordinator, Client Relations Coordinator, or similar administrative role specifically within the Abu Dhabi real estate sector.
  • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of Abu Dhabi communities, property types, and local real estate regulations.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in using real estate CRM software (e.g., PF Expert, Bayut Pro, Masterkey, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
  • Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and possessing a strong customer-service mindset.
