Steps Clinic is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Call Centre Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
✅Manage digital lead conversion activities, including follow-up calls and status updates
✅Assist patients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and basic service information
✅Support marketing and promotional initiatives through call-based follow-ups and coordination
✅Coordinate closely with Front Desk and Insurance teams to ensure seamless patient experience
Requirements:
✔ Strong communication skills in English
✔ Experience in call centre / telecalling preferred
✔ Customer-focused and target-driven attitude
