Position : Customer Service Representative
Locationš: Mental Health Clinic – Dubai
Requirements:
* 1ā2 years of front-office experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
* Good knowledge of insurance verification, pre-authorizations, billing, co-payments, deductibles, and claims follow-up.
* Previous experience in Mental Health, Psychiatry, or Psychology clinics is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Empathetic, professional, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality.
