🚨 We’re Hiring: Clinic Manager (Arabic Speaker Preferred) 🚨

Ear Care Medical Center is looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Requirements:

✅ Arabic Speaker (Preferred)
✅ Minimum 4 years of experience in clinic management within the UAE healthcare sector.
✅ Strong experience in Medical Insurance Operations, including:

Pre-authorizations
Claims submission & resubmission
Claims reconciliation
TPA coordination
Insurance billing and collections

✅ Strong knowledge of Financial Management, including:

Revenue cycle management
Budgeting and expense control
Financial reporting
Cash flow monitoring
Accounts receivable follow-up
KPI analysis

✅ Experience dealing with major insurance providers such as Nextcare, NAS, Neuron, Almadallah, and other UAE TPAs.

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
