EGC Properties is looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to join our growing team!

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, videos, and social media content

• Shoot and edit property videos, walkthroughs, and promotional content

• Develop creative content ideas, scripts, and captions

• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube

• Cover property launches, events, roadshows, and company activities

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and Reels formats

• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to create lead-generating content

• Monitor content performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Content Creation, Videography, Social Media, or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels & TikTok

• Good video shooting and editing skills

• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools

• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Real estate content creation experience is an advantage

• Ability to travel to different property locations for shoots

• Portfolio/work samples are required
