Ontime Healthcare is seeking a Creative Content Creator with account management experience to join our innovative marketing team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience while also managing client accounts and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Manage client relationships and accounts, ensuring their expectations are met through excellent communication and service
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative strategies that enhance brand visibility
- Conduct market research to identify trends and inform content strategies
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content and account management initiatives, providing reports and insights for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation and account management
- Coordinate with graphic designers and videographers to create cohesive campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
Requirements
Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proven experience as a content creator and in account management roles
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Knowledge of content management systems and digital marketing tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality
