Role Overview Supports the administrative and operational functions of the Corporate Governance team. Ensures data accuracy, document preparation, and participation in compliance-related governance workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with incorporations, dissolutions, and corporate updates.
- Maintain statutory registers and prepare annual returns.
- Update and monitor records in QCore.
- Respond to internal governance queries.
- Prepare and distribute board packs and assist with meeting minutes.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
